I was visiting Stuart area over the holidays and was looking for a 24/7 gym that had everything I needed to continue my Firefighter Challenge training. I contacted Mike and he was great to chat with and work out a win-win solution! The gym had everything I needed, the members were polite, clean, and focused. Mike met me in person and gave me a tour and a key fob and it worked out perfect! I would highly recommend 1Fitness whether you live or are visiting the area. Great gym and customer service!! “Little” Mike was supper helpful by setting me up with access while in town.
VERY clean facility with just about everything you could need!

So I'm new here but so far the experience is great i spent days looking at all the gyms in the area looking at reviews there sites everything I saw this place an it stood out I came in talked to the owner very nice guy I talked to him and looked around and I immediately saw this man cares about every 1 that comes through that door he gives respect and its given in return. I instantly felt welcome. Give one fitness a shot you even get 7 days to come in no pressure at all. Get up get in here see you here.

The owner Mike is awesome, he went out of his way on a Saturday to let my friend and I into the gym . We’re here from out of town, as far as the gym. It is very nice. Very clean. It doesn’t have the weird commercial gym feel , People were very friendly. This is the place to go.
