I came into Hot Springs for a brief visit and signed up for a one week pass at 501 Fitness. I came in 5 out of 7 days and found the facility to be very clean with excellent equipment, an efficient layout and easy access. I really appreciated the towels and spray bottles filled with disinfectant and cleaner. The other folks using the facility were friendly and cognizant of gym etiquette. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I have worked out at multiple big name gyms including GOLDS and Absolute Recomp. 501 fitness is just as nice at a fraction of the price. They have tanning beds and showers that some of those big places do not. But what I was most pleased with was how well the owners treat you. They are always a text or call away and answer immediately ready to take care of anything. I love 501 fitness.

I have a second home in Hot Springs so I travel back often. I like to workout so I wanted to try this gym out. I really like the app and how you can signup online. Very clean and lots of great equipment. I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend 501 Fitness! They have everything you need to get a great workout in! It is staffed (yes, with an actual person!) 4 days a week for any questions or assistance. Access to the gym is a keyless system that is accessed through your phone and very easy to use! The owners, John and Miranda Goff, are the best around and make themselves accessible to the gym members for any problems or questions that may come up. They offer a beautiful and clean 24/7 gym (tanning included!) as well as a bootcamp gym for those who need a little more structure! Miranda offers several different bootcamp times so that anyone can go. If you haven’t tried them yet, reach out and let them show you around! You will fall in love!!

I have been doing the bootcamp with Miranda for 2 years, and utilizing the big gym for strength training for a year. Both gyms are well kept- clean, great variety of machines/weights, and communication with both Miranda and John is always quick and clear!

Miranda has the best gym & classes in town! The gym is always nice & clean. It’s such a positive environment & we everyone is so welcoming! I came in not knowing a single person, now I’ve gotten to develop friendships throughout the time I’ve been there! Miranda will hold you accountable and will help you achieve your goals! She will be your biggest supporter. She is a trainer who truly cares about you and your health, which is hard to come by. If you’re looking for a gym, no need to keep looking! 100% recommend to anybody and everybody!
