I've been seeing Shanda Banks for a little over a month so far. My experience has been good thus far. I've seem many counselors before but therapy with Shanda, feels as if I'm speaking with a friend. I've discussed things with her I've never felt comfortable sharing in therapy before. I'm looking forward to this journey to wholeness.
