I have tried many different gyms, but never enjoyed the experience. Probably due to my own hang ups and a feeling of intimidation in those environments. 9Round fitness is completely different though. For the first time in my life, at 52, I have found a gym that works for me. The workouts are intense, the coaches push you to your limit, and beyond what your thought your limit was! The environment is completely supportive, and non-judgmental. A huge bonus is that there is zero waiting around for equipment as you move rapidly from one round to another. I am all in, 9Rounds, let’s go!

UPDATE: Mr. Lethal Larry deigned to respond to my review, so you can see who you're dealing with. For the record, they threatened to sue me if I stopped paying, knowing I lost my job. Sooo, you can decide whether that is heartless or not. Any other gym would not have made this an issue. They have been collecting money from me despite me not being at their gym since September (when at the time they had only 1 trainer).

Another victim of the contract and the false representations. I was told that even though they were signing me up for a year, if my life circumstance changed, they would let me cancel early. Low and behold, a few months in, I lost my job suddenly and asked to be let our of my contract. They delayed responding to the request for a couple months and then flat out refused. They continued to charge me despite my plea. Heartless.

The workouts are usually ok and they do change, so I gave them an extra star for that. This is a franchise and they do try to sell you stuff all the time. They used to have a lot of staff, but now I think they have one over-worked staffer. Not surprisingly, everyone seems to quit.

The TV screens are usually out of sync, which is annoying considering this is a TV-led workout. I'm also not impressed with the hours of operation. They are barely open on the weekend when most people are able to work out. No lunch-time work outs here either.

I could live with a lot of the negatives, but the heartless and sadistic ownership is a deal-breaker. I would not suggest signing onto any membership here. You are just a number and they will not let you quit without a lawsuit.

Just finished my workout with the Fresh Prince he’s an amazing coach! Gave me helpful corrections and cues it really amped up my workout!

30 minutes to crush your workout!! The coaches & staff here are excellent! They keep you pumped up and motivated throughout each round! I’ve personally noticed my strength, endurance and confidence building since coming here -I look forward to keep building on my goals at 9 round!

I recently completed my 100 workouts with 9 rounds and I can say I felt better ever since. Lauren, Kat, and Ben are amazing they will always push you to your limit while having fun! I know it may sound cliché that health is wealth, but it really is. Invest in your health and doing it at least 30 minutes a day can make a difference. Right now, I am aiming for 300 workouts so we'll see 🙂 Thanks guys!

This is my first month training at 9Round Valencia and I have not been disappointed, I train here about 4-5 times a week positive trainers and owners, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. Only 30 minutes workout and I can make my own schedule , making it so much easier for a busy mom like me . The workouts are fun and change everyday so is never boring . So far it has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape

I visited 9Round last week and was thoroughly impressed. Larry was exceptional in getting me set up, making sure I was comfortable with each piece of equipment and exercise. His friendly and encouraging approach helped me get familiarized quickly for a great workout.
The gym’s atmosphere struck the perfect balance between energetic and welcoming. The music kept my energy up, and the combination of cool lighting and brick walls added to the gym's unique aesthetic. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained the equipment was, which speaks volumes about the team's dedication to a quality workout environment.

The magic of 9Round for me is the short but intense workouts with no time to slack off. The trainers, who are all so nice, are one key to making this happen. Their encouragement is just the motivation I need to spur me on when I think I'm wiped out. Kudos to Ben for been pushing me to give that little bit extra recently, which I really appreciate!

Going to 9Round is it's something I've managed to sustain for over 6 months at this point, which is rare for me when it comes to exercising. I think it's a combination of the 30 minute quick in and out, and the feeling of satisfaction from burning a lot of calories that keeps me going. That or maybe it turns out that I just really like punching and kicking stuff. Either way, highly recommended.

My new year resolution for 2024 is lose fat and gain muscle so joining 9Round was the best decision ever. Only 30 minutes work outs , no scheduled classes and you can come as many days you prefer weekly . The staff is friendly and fun to be around, but the days that Kat is on I noticed that I burn more calories , that girl is on top of her game and always challenge me to give my best , overall all the trainers are amazing, I definitely recommend
