Very nice gym from my experience. The people are very welcoming and the lady at the desk does her best to make your gym experience excellent. Equipment is well taken care of as well.

Great Gym to join. Has a variety of gym equipment. Gym owner Claudia is super friendly and great customer service. I recommend this place over corporate own gym. Nice mirror room to stretch/ dance etc.

I went to this gym for about 5 months while I was contracted for work in the area and was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and how all the machines were kept in working condition. Claudia is an amazing owner and always pleasant to interact with during my visits. I also loved that there were extra re-usable towels to be used to wipe down equipment instead of making extra waste with paper towels. I would definitely go to this gym again in a heartbeat if ever I’m contracted to work in the area!!

It’s cool place to go to, not a lot people so you have space to work with. They have machines for all muscle groups and free weights to work with going up to 90lb. They have treadmills, steps, box jump, Zumba, and “power hour”. They have towels to sanitize your area before or after you’re done, and list of certain workouts you can do.

Great new equipment. The owner is constantly cleaning. Owner is at gym all day to help with any equipment or questions. You can’t go wrong joining this gym. If you love Zumba there are great classes offered. My husband and I are so happy we found All 7 Fitness?

My wife and I travel the country for work and have been to a lot of gyms!! This is by far my favorite! It’s clean, has great equipment and an even better atmosphere! If you’re in the area, you should definitely give this gym a try! Priced extremely well!
