The Herb Chapo Store offers a nice atmosphere and great products, but my experience with their iridology service was disappointing. They claim to be master iridologists, yet I saw no credentials. They take pictures of your eyes but are reluctant to provide written results, which feels very secretive.Their custom compound formulas are quite expensive, costing me over $1000. As someone on medication, I wanted to ensure there would be no adverse interactions. However, they refused to disclose the ingredients, which I understand to some extent. Despite this, when I raised my concerns about potential interactions with my cardiologist, their response was dismissive. The owner's mother promised to check and call me back but never did. When questioned, she became extremely defensive and rude.Overall, I found their claims dubious and their customer service lacking. If you're considering their services, be aware of their defensive attitude when questioned and their lack of transparency.

My husband just visited Herb Chapo Holistic Wellness and Johnathon and his mother was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They closed at 7pm while my husband was still in their store and they continued answer all of his questions without haste. Their products do not have any sugar or synthetic's; it all raw products. This is a place we will be visiting frequently.

So disappointed. I searched for a holistic store near my job so I could run on my lunch break. I get here and the location is not open. No signs, nothing. Oddly it has cars parked in the front. I guess I’m off to find another store for herbs.

I visited a month ago & purchased the "SeaMoss Lung Support" 24oz for $35 from "Johnathan". Today was my 2nd visit to purchase the same product before the store closed and was told by "the owner " "Johnathan" that it costs $45 & that it was a mistake when he initially sold it to my wife & I, and let me walk out an unsatisfied customer tonight without an apology. I even showed my online bank transaction for the purchase from my first visit. True customer service, would've been consistency, not knowing how far I traveled, honor the price this one time, & acknowledge his mistake & from that point on let me know that the price is $45. Also, their website has inconsistencies, the same 24oz is $50 online. I wouldn't recommend holistic products from those who don't appear to partake in holistic practices❗Yours truly, a lost customer ❗

I’m new to herbal medicine so I walked in to the Herb Chapo location and I was greeted by the Herb Chapo himself.

The Herb Chapo is very knowledgeable and informative about all his products definitely opened my eyes to a better source of nutrition compared to all this lab stuff.

I walked out with some sea moss, ashwaganda, a liver and colon cleanser to help me get started on my weight loss journey. I shopped with him a couple weeks ago but I had to drop a review to support his business because I feel awesome physically and mentally and more people should definitely give him a try!

I went to Vitamin Worldto get sea moss and they didn’t have the kind I wanted and they recommended I go to Herb Chapo!! They had everything I was looking for from sea moss to burdock root to make my teas. The people are well informed and the products are awesome
