The new partners are really making this great place eveb greater! They put in a real sauna, NASA grade infrared led lights, even two beautifully crafted cryogenic baths for 37+/- degree soaking for amazing weight loss and other physical benefits...adding lots of new equipment and 5 trainers with lots of cool group classes and one on one training. Come check out calimesas newest coolest place to get fit! I don't work out in a gym, but this place actually looks like it would be fun...I might have to try it... Tell them rooster sent you to get the love!!

I came to this box the morning of my arrival to California. Had just driven all night and just hoping to get a great workout no big hassle. It wasn’t a hassle, it was a beautiful welcome to a fellow crossfitter from the east coast. The coach was beyond accommodating and really honed into addressing minor flaws in my technique. I really felt like I was a member for months and he was just continuing to coach me. Truly loved it and turns out I get to spend another day here in town and I’ll be able to enjoy yet one more WOD before I leave!

Hands down the best atmosphere for bettering yourself. Down to earth owners, knowledgeable coaching staff, and amazing group of individuals from all walks of life to work out with. Never intimidating, however always pushing and striving to get to that next level! As long as I'm in the area I'll always workout here!

Great experience, awesome trainers, family style gym. I lost 23.5 lbs and gained 2.75 muscle mass. I had rotator cuff surgery in November, and now better range of motion then ever! I'd highly recommend this gum to all ages! Thank you Powerlab

Coming up on a year with Powerlab. They’ve become like another family to me. The facility is amazing. The coaches do an amazing job supporting and tailoring. I went fro 260 to 210 almost 10% bodyfat. From not even one pull up to tens in a workout. My fitness level has surpassed my expectations.

I love Crossfit Power Lab! Great facility, pricing, and most important — great people. I’ve been to other CrossFits that were both higher and lower priced, but I think the value you get at Power Lab surpasses other boxes I’ve been to. Coaching staff is appropriately trained and knowledgeable, which isn’t always the case at other gyms, boxes, etc.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love, love, love Powerlab!! One thing that I value Which may be a little different from other athletes, is that the coaches are extremely supportive of modifying movements and lifts for me when needed. I really Appreciate this because I wouldn’t be able to Crossfit if that support wasn’t there.
2 years strong and loving it!
