I love the workout, but it doesn't give you the same energy as taking a typical group class, because the class sizes are so small. I took 3 classes as an intro deal and the most people that were ever in a class was 3, including myself and the instructor. I wish Spark45 would go on Class Pass soo bad! I would go more often as a drop in (I don't want to commit to a membership because it's too expensive + I like doing multiple types of workouts) and I think it would help them get more participants in each class. I LOVE ClassPass - it's such a great way for people to drop in to classes if they're in town visiting or don't want to commit to a full membership. Please consider it!!

The Mega spark class is awesome! The instructors are very knowledgeable about the machine as well as how to target which muscles. They are also very encouraging and attentive to each client, making sure everyone has perfect form and is getting the most out of their workout. The workouts are great because they are short but intense which is great if you’ve got a busy schedule. I felt stronger after going for just 2 weeks!

I've had a really wonderful experience with SPARK45 Fitness. My PT recommended that I do pilates to rehabilitate my weakened areas after 2 babies and I am so grateful to have such an awesome studio near by. The machines and poses are so effective at isolating mussel groups, I am shaking after each session but am already feeling so much stronger. I also did a PT session with Karen before I started the classes and she was so wonderful and really helped me make sure I was properly using the machines in light of my injuries. All the teachers are very energetic and motivating. Really loving my experience so far. Thanks SPARK45!

I started going to Spark45 for Physical Therapy with the owner Danielle. It was a great experience. Let me start my review by explaining I hate going to a gym, I don't enjoy working out. That said, I thought I'd ask Danielle about private sessions to see if I'd like the Megaformer. It's quite the workout, but it's pace is perfect and the 45 minutes feels like less time. I really enjoyed it and was happy I was feeling the workout all over. One of the many things I like about Danielle is she doesn't try to oversell. From the beginning she told me I didn't need the personal training sessions and could go in the class which is quite a savings. I eventually did and started in the Silver Class because I was concerned about my shoulder and just being out of shape in general. It was not easy by any means, but it was easy to follow the instructions and get into the positions. It is challenging, but their are options to increase or decrease intensity individually. There are only appx 5 or 6 people in the Silver Class. It's really great to get the individual attention and direction. I took the first regular class today and while a little more challenging it was easy to follow along, small class and Michelle is also a great instructor. I can't say I now love working out, but I will say I feel really good about going to these classes. It is a great workout. In a month of twice a week, I feel a difference in my arms. Can't really see it yet, but I am so excited to feel it. I will be taking Megaformer classes here forever and soon want to try a spin class. Highly recommend for Physical Therapy and Fitness.

After going to 5 classes, it's clear this is a top notch place. The range of instructors i've had so far have all been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is also a good group of people taking the classes. An overall great experience.

Personally, I'm new to this kind of fitness, and I can already tell it's helping with my joint health, and providing me some flexibility and more core strength. That goes a long way as a very tall, 40 year old guy with a few hip issues, who is active physically with sports and young children. Thanks, SPARK45!

I like the challenge at the spin classes, all the instructors are great to work with!

In the beginning it’s hard! Once you start seeing results and advancement in your settings the spin classes become fun and you will look forward to your next session.

I have been taking classes for the last year and a half at Spark 45 fitness. I'm so exited that Danielle the owner of spark 45 has moved the studio to this new larger location. Now you can take the Lagree Megaformer classes and cycle classes. If your considering taking a class I say just do it... it's only 45 minutes, all of the moves can be modified to match your abilities. There is no reason not to try a class! You will not be disappointed!

The instructors at Spark45 have all been fabulous! Each class I have felt like I’m getting individual instruction, encouragement, and just enough push to feel my body working hard. Thank you Spark for helping this mama get strong!
