I was searching for a new career and Teresa helped me tremendously with interview tactics, such as listening carefully to what the interviewer is asking me, and helping me understand what the recruiter is looking for in a candidate. One memorable incident was when Teresa asked me to think carefully about the 3 adjectives that I would use to describe myself. She identified that it's an opportunity to showcase my strengths into the qualities the recruiter is looking for in the candidate. Although this might be a simple question many people can answer, Teresa stressed the importance of being able to support the adjectives with examples and evidence. Her guidance was incredibly helpful and allowed me to move forward with interviews.
