Highly recommend Elite strength classes! The hour-long sessions provide quality programming grounded in sports science. My background is in ski racing - Elite matches the quality I’ve seen out of NCAA D1 and professional team strength programs. A few things I like:

-The classes treat you like an athlete, with a focus on supporting sports movements
-The adult classes incorporate a warmup with mobility and injury prevention work specifically oriented toward counteracting common posture imbalances and flexibility issues.
-The strength portion is hard, but the difficulty is scalable – participants range in age from 15-60+. For me, Elite provided a good on-ramp for returning to strength work after four years without doing much.
-The instructors are passionate and bring a ton of energy to the workout.

Highly recommend to anyone interested!

A big open area. There are group classes and they work with a lot of kids sports leagues. There are also personal trainers that bring clients. A very clean environment with lots of options to get a good work out!
All the trainers there are very professional and easygoing. Tiffanie is my trainer and she tortures me pretty good! Love it!!

Incredible workouts and training! I’ve never had a better workout from a group fitness class. Hands-down. The instructors are all extremely motivating & helpful and the gym space is gorgeous. If you want to be challenged and push yourself to your highest potential- this is the place for you. ?

As someone who loves cardio but generally avoids gyms and often is like, "I really need to be adding strength to my workouts", elite is perfect. The trainers do a great job of keeping the workouts fresh so I don't get bored and sneak lots of active strength into the rotations. Sports conditioning is great for lots of cardio (and getting that high intensity is great) but they also sneak in strength too. It's a great way to keep me fit so I can do all the other outside things I love to do (ski, bike, trail run, etc.). Butts and Guts is FORREAL if you want a killer workout ? and Sports Strength is great for maintaining strength so I don't get injured. Trainers do a great job of organizing workouts and providing scaffolds so you can adjust for what works for you. Great way to start my mornings!

So I don't really ever leave reviews on Google, but this place really is top tier fitness setup, and wanted to leave a very positive review. Awesome workouts, instructors are fantastic. I'm just coming off ACL surgery and trying to get back to fast movement/jumping and general strength I had before....it's been tough a road recently and this place has just been amazing for motivation, allowing me to work/modify to get me going again!

Elite workouts have taken my gym workout to the next level, in a fun & welcoming environment. This efficient, high-energy 1-hour workout combines exercises that I "should" be doing for injury prevention with very challenging strength & agility activities aimed at maximizing performance in sport & an outdoor lifestyle. The coaches are awesome and they attract a friendly, hard-working, and vibrant crowd.

As an athlete of moderate ability, I have struggled over the past few years to make any significant gains after my initial fitness increase. Elite has been a game changer for me over the past year, adding in some much-needed core strength and conditioning. The instructors have done a great job keeping the classes at a high level and encouraging people to push themselves during the workouts. The fellow class members are a great source of motivation, and I love the camaraderie that the classes seem to share. I haven't seen this kind of community mentality at other gyms, and it's one of the things that makes me want to return to Elite every week. It's helped me drop those last five to ten pounds and the increases to my core and back strength has helped me out in every activity that I do. I'm not a big fan of gyms, and 90% of my workouts are done outside, but Elite is the one thing that I budget my time for each week.
