Dylan is a great coach. I am very familiar with Ideal Protein and can highly recommend this program to anyone who are looking to follow a simple sheet and food they love. I have done this program more then once, because with life’s ups and downs gaining weight is normal. I can always come back to what I have learned and do because is KNOW if I do Ideal Protein it WILL work. Ideal Health in Anchorage Alaska is a phenomenal weight loss center. I decided to enroll in the Ideal program 8 months ago with a close friend of mine so we could start the diet together and support each other. From the very first moment that we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the friendliest staff. Our weight loss coach, Z, is very personable, supportive, and so easy to talk to and ask for advice from. She has the most spectacular recipe ideas for adding some pizazz to the meals! I have lost nearly 130 lbs in 8 months and am so excited about the next phase and to learn how to reintroduce certain foods and to keep the weight off. It’s the first weight loss plan that has worked this well, and that I want to stick with after losing nearly all of my extra weight. Knowing that there are phases to go through where you have the support you need from a wonderful, caring coach in order to be successful and keep the weight off for good is what makes this the best weight loss plan by far! I highly recommend Ideal Health and especially the amazing Anchorage branch! You won’t be sorry!

I started the Ideal Protein program about five years ago. I’ve struggled with my weight, my whole life. I’ve tried several different weight and diet programs over the years, but could never really stick with them. With Ideal Protein, I saw the results happening quickly and with the accountability of going in and stepping on the scale each week gave me the drive and encouragement I needed to reach my goal weight. So many programs today are online and are difficult for me to stay accountable. I prefer the face-to-face coaching I receive from Ideal Protein. Going in and talking with someone each week really helps me stay on track. Not only did I lose weight on the program, I had more energy, less pain in my joints, was able to get off several medication’s and all around just felt great. I still have some good and bad days but with the tools I’ve received from this program, I no longer put myself down or quit completely on those bad days, I know that I can turn them around.

I have had a great experience with Ideal Health. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem to really care about the success of their clients.
