I met Dr. Cynthia at one of her speaking engagements. Our health-oriented conversation turned to my injured shoulder. After hearing her knowledge of the operation of my shoulder and it’s repair, I went to see her. After several visits and following her guided exercises and stretches at home, I’m back hitting the volleyball as hard as ever.

That led to work on my lower back, my piriformis muscle to be exact. After treatments and more guided stretches at home, I can play in an all-day tournament without my usual pain. Thanks doc, for keeping me young and able to keep up with the young guys!
