The facility is modern and clean. From the front desk to the back office MA, everyone was so nice and friendly. I saw NP Maya she was very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a PCP.

I have had Dr. Kurtz as a family doctor for as long as I can remember. I absolutely love him and everyone at Valley View Wellness. Even if you happen to get an assistant or nurse practitioner, you won’t be disappointed. Dr. Kurtz really knows what he’s doing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience even while feeling my worst, and I always leave with a smile. Will forever be my favorite doctor.

This place fell apart a while ago when they started getting greedy. I received a letter stating that if I wanted to see Dr. Kurtz I'd have to pay a hefty yearly fee, which I didn't care about since I'm not picky about who I see. But then I tried to get a prescription refill, and they said they could absolutely not do it unless I came in again. It had only been 2 months since the last time I went. I asked for the reason, and the only thing they told me is that whatever the doc says goes no matter the reason. It was a rude response to someone who had been a patient for 4 years. The only reason that I can think of for which why they would want me to go back again so soon is to get paid. To me, they withheld a prescription I needed for their own benefit. Safe to say that I won't be coming back.

this place is such a mess. They would not refill my prescription unless I came in to the office. I called to ask why and no one could tell me why I had to come in. so I said fine, i need an appt ASAP since I need my prescription refilled.

so I go to my appt with a PA, as I refuse to pay $2000 to be part of the concierge service. So the PA comes in and ask me why am I here? I inform her that I was told you wanted me to come in and would not refill my prescriptions unless I did. She said there must have been some mistake. I inform her that it is highly unethical to withhold prescribing someone their meds unless they come in. and to top it off I was there 3 months ago.

I let the PA know I am extremely displeased with this and how unprofessional this office is run. She tells me that since they implemented the concierge service it has been a mess. I would seriously leave this office but I am scared of going someplace that is even worse.

I've been coming here for 4 yrs now and its just one thing after another: problems getting prescriptions refilled, prior authorizations request not getting answered or submitted, no sharing of test results with the patient, referrals to specialist going into a black hole and never hearing from the specialist.

Honestly to get anything done you have to take care of things yourself. You cannot depend on this office to follow through on their actions.

If anyone can recommend a better doctors office in this area please post it in the reviews. I am desperate to leave this insanity.

Dr. Kurtz is far and above the best physician I have had care for me period. His office and practice capabilities are impressive and effective. You will be hard pressed to find a more honestly caring, kind-hearted and genuinely enjoyable individual as your primary care physician.

Dr. Kurtz is a PHENOMENAL doctor. I've had lots of bad experiences with other docs, but Kurtz is always kind, understanding, OPENMINDED (something rare in the medical community these days) and willing to help in any way he can. I have a hard to treat illness and he's always open to new testing or new meds that other people would scoff at. He's extremely busy so you might have to wait a bit but it's more than worth it. His office staff and nurses are great too. I should have written this review years ago because he deserves all the praise. I'm super grateful for him.

I had concerns going in, mostly for myself because I haven’t seen a doctor in 6 years, but I got all my questions answered, my concerns addressed, and even got to see the GI doctor that same day!(which is what my main concern was) Dr. Kurtz is a very warm person who love to crack jokes, but he really gets the job done. Dr. Pourmorady also worked with me so well, I am so thankful for this experience!
