I was there a couple days ago n noticed that the cashier did not charge for bags. Didn’t think too much about as I always bring my own. Today I went in to pick up I thing but ended up picking up 3 items. Took my line behind a customer who asked for a bag n was not charged. So I thought I should ask for one since I don’t have to juggle my items. I was charged for a bag.
Big question is, why did Stater Bros give their employees the prerogative to discriminate against their customers ?
It’s not the $0.10, it’s the principle of the matter. I felt discriminated against n I am a frequent customer.

My favorite grocery store. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The parking lot is clean and has plenty of parking. The prices are great compared to other stores and they have everything I need; I never need to visit a second store to get everything on my list.

Prices are a tad bit high but the place is clean and inviting. I wish they had more clearance sales like Ralphs. Always enjoy coming in and seeing the hard-working employees.

Workers are nice and friendly. My kids even have their own fave cashier they made friends with and always look for her when checking out. They have a good selection of greens for bearded dragons. Chips that are on sale are always stocked! Good fried chicken.

I made an online order here and I was overcharged, I ordered 3 tamales at $1.99,(3x1.99=5.97) they charged me 3 times $5.97=$17.91, just pay attention to the receipt after you get your order! I cannot drive due to a recent surgery, Apart from this everything was fine. Well packed and everything hot and fresh!

I was looking for a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving, and the meat dept didn't answer, so the call went upfront. This reveiw is for one employee who offered to go check without me asking. On a busy night when employees are extremely stressed.Lupita sounded so happy to hear from me. wow! so kind. Thank you so much, Lupita . Amazing customer service is the reason I really love going to stater Bros.

Haven't gotten a chance to come to the store itself , but I did have a question regarding ordering a cake . I spoke with Bryan in the bakery section was was extremely helpful and kind . He helped explained the process and how what I was interested in would work.

Came in 2/24 around 9:30 pm for the first time for a few items. Absolutely no customer service. Max P. Checked me out didn’t say a word to me, not hello did you find everything okay, or just a plain hello nor smile. He just finished talking to the customer before me but chose not to greet me at all. Felt very unwelcoming, didn’t ask me if I needed a bag. Definitely won’t be back to this store.
