The first time, the cashier didn't ring my coupons and I had to go back she knew right away when I showed up and she gave me the differences. The second time, I didn't buy chicken from them but it showed on my receipt. I didn't know until I got home, I came back to the store but they don't want to give my money back for $7.99. I think I will change location or stop going to Ralph's.

I live nearby and I like to buy sushi, fruits, and ice cream here. This supermarket is very diligent. It opens from 5:00 am to 10:00 am, but I have never been there in the morning. To be honest, I think it is a waste of manpower and electricity costs, a waste of resources, and it can't even earn enough for electricity. 8 am to 9 pm is enough. Whether the supermarket is good or not depends mainly on fresh food. The fresh food area here has relatively few categories of vegetables, meat, seafood, and fruits. It mainly sells frozen food and some daily necessities. There is no special feature. I hope to increase the variety of cooked food and fast food. Fresh food is more convenient and more attractive than frozen food. The cakes here have a lot of pigments and sugar, which are almost inedible. The staff are very friendly.

This place is clean. They have good produce and good weakly specials. Now their gas station is open and you can get a discount on gas if you have Ralph's reward points.

Workers are passive aggressive, hover over you with no reason to. I have done security before and these employees have no skill in that sector and therefore should not have any business in trying to confront while being passive aggressive, especially with regular customers. Although the treatment does seem to be targeted...

Cleaner than many other grocery stores or even sister locations. They tend to be well stocked. Oh sure the Deli items are hit and miss, but that's usually true for supermarket food as a whole. I've used this location on and off for decades, and with the new gas station it'll probably be busier than most corner supermarkets. Ah well, they did expand the parking lot a little too. Worth coming here

Carrie in the bakery went above and beyond with service for me and more importantly my wife. I had a cake I was looking for and they didn’t have one so in true customer service mode she said “if you’ve got 10 minutes I can make exactly what you want right now?” Class act!! Will absolutely be back!

The deli department’s service is very poor
employees looks busy and rude nobody is at the counter I understand is not their fault this is upper management problem they need to improve customer service there is another Ralph’s located on South and Carmenita in Cerritos in this store there are always employees at the deli department very nice and helpful they need to take tips from this store

A clean and calm shopping experience with well stocked shelves and an assortment of items. Comparable to a Safeway in Canada where prices are mildly higher than average unless on sale. A nice quality shopping experience.
