The staff here is absolutely wonderful! Dr Shrestha is such a sweet and patient person and her nurse is kick a$$ phenomenal too. The people here are caring, truly kind, happy people. They have made me feel hopeful instead of filled with dread after each appointment. Try to empower and uplift me instead of kicking me while I'm down.

Had an Appointment at 7 am and everything was closed, I called the number and it said office was closed till 8am to reach someone. Showed up at 8 & they didn’t take me but office was empty. Front desk individual said “ doors open from “7-7:15”. Why do they schedule appointments if they don’t know if their doors will be open on time? Doctor had no interest in trying to work around the problem.
