I was visiting Fairbanks to try and see the aurora borealis and wanted to keep up with my fitness during the Open. SunDog was easy to find, has a nice space and good equipment, and the people were happy to have me drop in - easy registration and good coaching.

It’s a great place to workout - friendly people, well equipped, and options to fit a variety of schedules; however, the business side of things is rather lacking.
I have been attempting to cancel my membership for over a month now, since I got some home equipment instead and wanted to save money. I went through the cancellation process online first and when that didn’t work, called and spoke with Wes who said he would take care of it. Nothing was taken care of and I have called multiple times since with no answer and left voicemails that never get returned. A reliable business manager would be a great help to this place. I really just want my money back and shouldn’t have to try this hard to even get a response.

Sundog Community Fitness is what it says, a place where it not only helps with your journey in health and fitness but the community is amazing! I truly feel like it has became my second family. I love everything about this place! People are welcoming, inviting, supportive and motivating. The coaches all are amazing! Mindful of your abilities, push you when you need that extra encouragement! Athletes of all abilities and ages so you never feel like you’re out of place. If your looking to start or restart I highly recommend Sundog!

Dropped in for the first time last week. First time trying CrossFit - it was difficult but the instructor met me where I was at. Excited to go back again! Gym is nicely laid out, other participants were friendly and welcoming.

SunDog is hands down the best gym I could have ever asked for, the coaches are educated and beyond supportive and helpful. SunDog Crossfit has changed my life and also my understanding of fitness and personal health. Stephanie and Charles are GREAT owners who have legitimate interest in your growth as an athlete and they do everything in their power to get you where you want to be. The community of SunDog feels a little bit like a family and is definitely helpful in motivating you to come back the next day. I highly recommend SunDog to anyone who wants to improve their lives.
