I was invited by a coworker to try out Michael's free workout class and it was GREAT. Michael was so passionate and pumped. He kept us all on our toes and encouraged us all to be the best we could be. I have not had this spectacular of a workout.. uh... ever.
Michael has a program that lasts several weeks - he starts slow and builds your endurance and muscle. He always encourages you to do the best you can but never more than you can handle. I don't expect to be able to walk tomorrow or even wave a hello. Michael focused on our entire body - arms, abs, legs, glutes - you name it. It was tough but I feel great and ready to take the rest of the week head on!
Gyms like Planet Fitness are nice but they will never give you a workout like 40 below Fitness. Thank you Michael! I will be back. ?
