I’ve been working out at F & H for a year, and it has been incredible. The studio is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a great workout. Tina, the instructor, is knowledgeable and very supportive, and she helped me get the most out of each class.

What I love the most about F & H is a class called LAgree. The LAgree method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that targets your core and improves overall strength and flexibility. I feel the burn in muscles I never knew existed before! The best part is seeing the results after just a few classes later.

What makes F & H unique is that it’s more than just a gym studio; it’s a community in Fairbanks! The need for friends and a community is well met at this gym.

Overall, I highly recommend F & H Studio to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Their classes are challenging, but the instructors make it fun and rewarding. If you’re looking for a great workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized, then LAgree classes are the way to go.

I've been going to F&H fitness for almost two months now. I have never encountered more upbeat and encouraging ladies. The positivity they bring to class makes you feel capable and powerful. I've had the pleasure of going to Tina's spin classes. I cannot recommend them enough. She is always upbeat, positive, and real.
Meaghan has been my trainer for a month now. She is extremely easy to work with and always smiling. I love how she spreads positivity in each session.

I attended F&H Fitness in its early years but have since moved away. During the year I took classes at F&H I always felt welcomed and the instructors were always motivated even at the earliest hours of the morning when I wasn’t! Even though I live in a different state now I still see their activity through my FB feed and it’s amazing to see how much they have grown. But what I love most about F&H is their community involvement and how much they give back to the city of Fairbanks and NP. This gym is a safe place for anyone wanting to come and feel comfortable working out without judgement. All of the ladies who teach and train here are kind and would do anything to help you reach your goals. As a business owner and a VETERAN my family and I will only take our business to Tina and her crew. They are real, kind, and sweet. I look forward to my training sessions each week because it's not just a workout for my body but also a workout for my soul.
