I highly recommend Denise for acupuncture! She is knowledgeable, caring, and deeply invested in helping her clients. She has been able to treat a medical problem that has baffled my doctors. I don’t usually write reviews, but Denise Lichtig has literally saved my life, so how can I not...

When you first arrive at Denise’s practice, you will see that her rooms are warm, clean, inviting, and surround you with a feeling of well-being. She is meticulous about cleanliness and yet somehow makes everything seem so cozy at the same time.

Denise is empathetic, intuitive, kind, and above all, a master of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She is constantly reading about the latest advances in medicine and researching anything that might help her patients. I am not someone who trusts easily, but I trusted Denise from the moment I met her.

I first went to see Denise after having surgery then radiation for cancer. I knew I needed to make changes in my life and thought I would try acupuncture.

During my first appointment Denise just listened (and I mean, truly listened) to me. Then she treated me with acupuncture and left me to relax. I immediately felt my anxiety and fear lessen...with each treatment I have felt a lightening of spirit, a loosening of tension, a stronger connection to life.

After 4 years of weekly treatments using acupuncture, breathing techniques, meditation, and energy work (each adjusted to my current need) I have better health, both physically and emotionally, than I have ever had in my life.
I cannot say enough positive things about Denise. She has literally guided me back to health.
