I got my life back working with Dr. Colgin and successfully completing the Chirothin program. I started the program in April 2023 where my weight was at 227 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been. I have challenged myself with this program few months ago now, and I waited to write this review in purpose. we all know it is not difficult to loose weight when and if we really want it. What is very difficult is to keep it down once you complete these programs, mostly when you lose weight so fast. Well, I lost 20 pounds and after 6 months now, I am still at my target weight and I am eating, consciously, almost everything, even my beloved bread. Absolutely fabulous experience. Dr. Colgin was completely professional and actually made losing weight fun. I have NEVER been able to lose weight easily. I have lost 20lbs using chriothin! Dr Colgin has supported me through all of it. Sometimes it was difficult but I was able to push through those times. Today I feel amazing. I sleep great.
