I've been getting personal training at Fast Lean Fit from Dan for the past 3 months or so now, and it has been an amazing experience. I made significant progress in losing weight and building strength.

Dan is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He actually cares about your fitness goals and motivates you to improve in life, not just in fitness.

The gym is private & comfy and has all kinds of equipment for every type of workout. The best part for me is that the workouts are not boring. I did a lot of functional body exercises, weight lifting, rowing and more. It has a nice, clean sauna and cold plunge, which I just got to experience as well.

Highly recommend this place if you want to improve both your health and life.

Awesome personal training from Dan. Lots of variety in targeted exercises, great equipment, clean space. Talked fitness goals and did a full body scan. Trained 1-on-1 and then ended with a gorgeous private sauna and cold plunge. 10/10 awesome experience. Check it out!!

Fast Lean Fit is a fantastic open gym/personal training location in the Koreatown LA area. I train twice a week with Dan, and he is the best trainer that I've had (and I've had several)! It's important that I stay in shape, because I work in entertainment as an actor and commercial model. With Dan, I found that he focuses on having the correct form and is incredibly attentive while I'm performing each exercise. I am confident that I'll get a great workout without the risk of injury, which is super important to me. Also, he has a cold plunge, sauna, and other recovery devices like theragun, normatec, etc., so this is a really great all in one facility where I can focus on my health and wellness needs. Definitely check this place out if you are looking to get in shape!

Dan at Fast Lean Fitness knows his stuff! We had a upper, core, and lower body training. Felt super responsive and he knew how to motivate me. The workouts were just what I needed, and pushed me just the right amount.

Not to mention the state of the art cold plunge and sauna. Those health benefits were through the roof. Felt like a King when I left the gym! I'll be back.

Had a great workout with Danny, he is very knowledgeable about different types of workouts for different muscle groups. Gym has good equipment and everything was very clean. Sauna and Cold Plunge at the end was amazing
