John Alexander is an excellent trainer and fitness coach. He along with the other trainers at Fit Industreez are extremely knowledgeable on weight training, diet, and working through injuries. John has been my personal trainer for years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. His facility and equipment are top notch, which when paired with the knowledge of the trainers, allows for a personalized fitness plan for each client. Highly Recommended!

I love training here with owner John Alexander.It's the one appointment I never miss. The place is bright and cheery, and all of the trainers are not only excellent at what they do, but fun too. They are very knowledgable about food, diet, and helping you work through injuries. I am well versed in the benefits of foam rollers now! I have worked with John for over 4 years. He has a positive attitude in working on your weaknesses while continuing to develop your strengths.
