Intestinal cleanser # 1 maximum strength no longer works, they changed the formula. I used to be able to take 2 no problems now the representative told I needed to double up on initial dose …… still nothing. Such a disappointment , I will now have to find something else . Why was the formula changed ? Waste of money .

I did the 30 day detox, and it is the absolute worst customer service when calling the pharmacy. Either they don't have answers or you have to deal with rude, almost hostile, people. Especially one; this guy who I almost told him to F off but I had just given him my CC# (which of course never goes through ONLY WITH THEIR OFFICE) and didn't want to trigger him to use my info. He did not sound ethical with his hostility over the simplest questions. This is not just an angry review. I gave this office 3 months of my time and it's like dealing with the DMV. Only the DMV is more professional. I am never returning to Dr Schulze's products as a result.

I’ve been ordering from this place for 11 years. They’re no longer for the customer. They take the money on the quicks and takes weeks to ship out. Just another business wanting our money. So sad. Some people have to rely on these products to feel normal. Now I have to wait weeks for my product?! What a joke. I used to tell everyone about you guys. So upsetting

That was Dr. Schulze’‘s teacher…
You can get pure products from him, for about a third of the cost or less!!

Plus they’ve kept their integrity this whole time, and haven’t fallen from Grace so disgustingly like his company has in the last 10 years.
Dr. Schulze doesn’t even have anything to do with this company anymore!!… It got turned over to awful management years ago, which is why the quality has gone down and the prices have soared.

$80 for vitamin C!!!!

HORRENDOUS customer service. I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a first time customer. My order cost over $200. One of the items I ordered was the intestinal formula #3 for my 9 year old son. When it arrived I had him try it and he said it tasted very weird. My son is not picky at all about taking herbs. He took the herbal shot with no issues and takes black seed oil regularly just to give you an idea that he has no problem with strong tasting herbs. I tried the formula to see what he was talking about and he was right. Something was wrong. It tasted like pure alcohol.  I filled out customer service form. No response. So I called and explained that something was wrong and the formula tasted like alcohol. The rep took the batch number down said they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. So I called again and this rep was a nightmare. He argued with me that nothing was wrong the product. I asked to speak to manager and manager never got on phone. They wanted me to pay for shipping and to refund the product. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to refund a defective product. He argued again that nothing was wrong with the product and when I threatened to have it tested myself then he put me on hold and said his manager would send me a label so they could test it. So I sent the item back and they gave me a partial refund. So I called back again to ask why they didn't give me a full refund and they said because I bought the item discounted. The discount was applied to my whole order but somehow they said took the discounted amount and applied it equally to all 4 products even though the product prices were grossly different. Made no sense at all. Good customer service would be to refund me the full amount of the defective product and allow me to keep the promotional discount for the remainder of my order. You should always put the customer in right standing .... especially when the issue was the result of a defective product. I don't care if their products are amazing...I will NEVER purchase from this company again because they don't  know how to treat customers with respect.

Air Detox Spray.
my husband , Has a problem Gas ! He had something had gas back blast all day long for a few days, Every time he would release The Deadly smell , it took one shot of the spray and no more smell, And let me tell you , his back blast is powerful its basically a deadly weapon, But All I have to do is spray it , one quick pump of sprayer, In the deadly weapon smell just disappears , all you smell is the fresh spray!
But! Unfortunately every time he’ll release the powerful weapon I have to pump one quick spray again! It never fails this spray is magnificent and powerful worth every penny, That’s why I had to write this review and tell how much I appreciate this product , all I had to do one pump of the spray all you need! he continue the back blast every 30 minutes, Thank God the spray never fails, I definitely need to keep spray this in my life ! So thank you for your creation of this spray! God is definitely great! He gave the knowledge and the gift of creation!

Health is wealth!
I have bought in the store and have found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. My guess is that many customers know what they want already when they show up? So the staff may not always have a "hop to" mentality at all times?
Please don't get caught up in minutiae regarding the service in the store.
Highly recommend focusing upon the benefits available! Not on circumstances of a moment!
Having done the colon, liver and kidney cleanses many times, the results are extraordinary!!
The results speak for themselves. More energy, fewer aches and pains. Clearer thinking. Greater longevity beyond a doubt!!
Please take a few minutes to read Dr. Schultze's tutorials on the liver and kidney functions! This is very important.
Do yourself a BIG favor whether you're 25 or 75, these herbs are healing!!
