Three months ago, I went to see Dr. Liu because of symptoms of palpitations, fatigue, and exhaustion. This is an amazing practice! I've had allergic problems with my skin for a few years now and had constant itch and dry rashes all over my body! It was until Dr. Liu diagnosed me and started treating me with acupuncture and Chinese medicine that I've begun to see my skin heal. It only took about 3 weeks for the treatment to work! Dr Liu is a very professional and responsible doctor. I know her in 2019, at that time I have very serious panic attack, the Irregular heartbeat is more then 120 times per minutes, it makes me can't sleep well for even 1 hour. My family doctor gave me medicine to control heartbeat and blood pleasure, but it make me feel worse, the side effect is I got Hypoglycemia.It really drive me crazy. So I came to Dr Liu's clinic for help. She give me powder herb for 10 days prescription. For the first day I took her medicine, miraculous happens ,I can sleep for the whole night, the irregular heartbeat turn to normal. After that, I have been receiving treatment in the clinic for half a year in 2019, and my panic disappear.I feel very thankful for Dr Liu, as the panic and Anxiety is difficult to cure, and I have been feeling well till now.

I wish I can give a zero star. Half a year ago my auntie went there with her husband since she had chronic stomach issues and she has tried different treatments but not very successful. Therefore, she wanted to see if CTM could help her in alternative methods.
So here is what happened during the second visit to Willow's clinic.
1. The business owner had no idea what prescription she provided during the first visit and totally forgot my auntie's symptoms. She had to look for the clinical records and it was just 5 days after the initial visit.
2. My auntie almost went to the emergency room after took the dried roots and leaves back home and consumed the compound according the notes Willow gave her.
It was terrifying to hear that my auntie went through this.
In general, Willow is a typical irresponsible and unprofessional CTM practitioner. Patient's discretion is advised.
