I was referred to Dr. Sandford after traditional Western medicine had nothing more to offer, so I decided to try a different, more holistic approach. Dr. Sandford looks at the patient as a whole and at first I was skeptical, but within 72 hours of following his recommendations, digestive issues that I had for decades were resolved. In less than 2 months, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels were normal. I am feeling better than I have in years! Finding Dr Sanford and Coach Mia Taylor has severely changed my health and happiness. From the jump, I was listened to and most importantly - believed. I came from working with a physician that no matter my symptoms, my concerns, or even my fears - I was gaslit and ignored.

Coming to Dr Sanford- my symptoms mattered, my concerns mattered and I felt like there was a plan (or many) to try to figure out the root of my issues.
