I started Ideal Protein program half a year ago . The transformation for me was incredible - I lost 25 lbs within two months from heavy 185 lbs (5,5' tall) to very sexy 160 lbs . What is more exiting for me - I managed to keep all these pounds off , which I consider a miracle , since I tried every diet on earth , was dieting all my life, starving, eating only vegetables , cursing my hormones, etc, but inevitably my weight crept up.
Now, I realized that whatever I was doing was wrong, and Ideal Protein program is the only program which worked for me and now I know why :
there is science behind the protocol of the program , strong support of the coaches and weekly accountably meetings in the office or now over zoom with discussing the progress . Renee is a fantastic coach , very knowledgeable , very supportive , but yet firm, giving you a strong motivation to do it right and within short period of time. Her team is amazing and they will do their best to support you through the program each step of the way. What is also very important for me , using this program I never felt hungry , or had no sugar cravings. The program taught me to understand my body better, my attitude towards food had changed completely and for sure this approach is not a temporary fix , but a life long tool I can use to stay within my goal weight parameters . I LOVE myself now : I am full of energy, slimmer, healthier , my sleep is better ( this is due to ketoses) and I never felt better.
I would highly recommend IP because it is a life changing experience and simply because IT WORKS !!!
