Decent equipment, but why are we allowing unattended children to run amok? Today explicitly there were 2 children who cannot be more than 12 entirely unattended among the free weights. This is an irritant and a safety hazard for all involved

Gym is in high state of police. Equipment is well maintained. At times it does get crowded but people are friendly to let you work in. Has lockers for daily use and self lockable cubby hole for smaller items like wallet, phone, keys etc. Best part is the bathhouse adjacent to gym. Has sauna, showers, and more lockers. Operating hours are limited. Overall, its much nicer than most off-base gyms.

I am staying with some military relatives. We popped by this jawn to prepare our bodies for a holiday bar crawl. It has it all. It is actually huge. They've got treadmills, they've got weights, they've got a Concept 2 rowing machine which is the only good rowing machine. While I would not recommend sneaking on to a military base to get to this gym, it is worth it if you have the connect.
