Tongass is an amazing gym! I get great / constructive feedback on how to perform each work out safely, in terms of alignment. The atmosphere is always positive. I feel pushed in the best of ways. Tongass Fitness is a great gym and one of the best things to happen to fitness in Juneau. I highly recommend them!

Logan and his coaches are professional, creative, and bring an infectious enthusiasm to working out. They are also incredibly patient in teaching technique, all the while subtly challenging members to grow and meet their individual goals. They never hesitate to personalize a workout, and have a keen sense of how to push members towards the next level.

Beyond just being an awesome place to workout, Tongass is a special part of Juneau’s fitness community. It’s a testament to the two friends who founded this gym, and through expansion and challenges, grew Tongass Fitness into a family of members. It is a welcoming, team atmosphere and a lot of fun to be a part of.

I joined Tongass for their first on-ramp session years ago, and have always enjoyed my time there. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, or just want a great workout passing through Juneau -- I recommend Tongass Fitness without hesitation.

Tongass Fitness is a great place to get a high-intensity workout and meet other healthy-minded people. Wide variety of workouts and class offerings. I appreciate the minor tweaks that the trainers offer with my form and movements to help optimize performance and keep safe from injury. Tongass has a great atmosphere! Logan is professional, encouraging, and makes every member feel welcome. Whether you are brand new to fitness or well versed, the programming will accommodate exactly what you need in a non intimidating way. I highly recommend this gym!
