Wonderful teachers. Very professional. I have three children enrolled here, ages 11-5, and they all love coming. I cannot say enough about the instructors. They are great with kids!!! Professional and caring. They promote good all around values for not only in their class but at home and school. Highly recommend.

I paid almost $300 for a white shirt for my daughter. This is what I tell my friends and family when asked about this gym. I was traveling as part of my military duty and apparently even if the gym is fully aware that my daughter has not been showing up for the classes, they have been charging my credit card for the fees. I finally caught up on the charges and called them to stop since my daughter has not been attending the class. Despite of my explanation and hope that they would consider my circumstances, they even charged me another month. At the end of they day, this gym’s goodwill is based on getting paid and not caring for their customers. Yes, their instructors are good at what they do but customer experience goes beyond that.

I took Judo here as a kid and it has helped me tremendously throughout my career. Sensei Al was the best instructor I have ever had the pleasure of learning under and I had many coaches/ mentors in my life because of the sports I was apart of.Sensei Al helped me the mostbut. become the man I am today and I have him to thank for my hard work ethics and the way I face challenges on the daily.I highly recommend taking his class and learning Judo. Not only will it help you in self defense, but most importantly it will tremendously help build character and show you that with hard work, comes great reward.Perfect place to take your kids to learn very important skills or to attend yourself, because Judo is the one of top self defenses to learn from. The skills I learned there as a kid helped me excel in other sports and in my daily life ..You won't regret signing up for his class one bit.

I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for a long time at a number of different gyms.

The BJJ Professor, Daniel Thomas, is excellent.

Lots of experience at all weights and belts from beginner to black belt.

Very chill and welcoming. Allot of players competing as well.

Strongly recommend.

UPDATE (May 18): After training here for nearly a year, my opinion of the gym and the people only continues to get better. An absolutely fantastic group who train very hard, but are extremely welcoming to all (not aggressive at all). Multiple, belted, female athletes as well. I am immensely proud to be a part of the community Professor Thomas has created.

This pace is SO clean and following every rule, that it's the safest place I can take my child and feel like ALL precautions have been taken to ensure her well-being. I work at the airport and WE don't even do as many precautionary measures as these guys! Love them!

BJJ classes are the best. The coach is one of the best in the country. The monthly cost is reasonable too. Everyone in the studio is very welcoming. You couldn't ask for more.
