You got to be very very careful of their pricing. They cheat anytime they can. They always add up few dollars from the original price. Especially for the Chinese herbs w prescription. I even recorded the unit price for each herb, and show them why it doubled just one week later? They always say they calculated wrong and last time they less charged you. Fine if it happened once or twice, I believe it’s true. But it happened every time!!!! I even made a record and let them write down the unit price, and next time they even denied and say it’s me write the price! And it’s clearly their handwriting. I went there a few times only bc it’s close to my place. But after being cheated quite a few times I rather to drive further than being cheated again and again by these cunning ppl!

Be careful of the price of their herbal medicine. They are usually 30- 40% more expensive than other places. I would suggest people who need the herbal medicine to ask for a few places to give them the quote first.

这家店做生意不诚实， 而且价格贵。2个月前，我在他们家购买了一些药材（天麻、 白芷、 川穹， 生麦芽、 生谷芽等）当时女店主态度非常好，我要买“加味逍遥丸”， 当时她问我要多少， 放了6瓶散包装的在柜台上， 我看到她身后的柜子里有一整条的， 就告诉她“干脆给我一整条， 我住北湾， 难得过南湾一次”， 她好开心的给我打折， 不加税。 我没留意她给我的是“当归丸”（外包装是一样的红色）。 当时付的是cash。 2个星期前我才发现给错药了。 今天让家人去换， 老板娘不认账了， 估计是同样的药材他们卖完就不进货了， 诬赖我根本不是在他们店里买的。 让我们找到相同的就认赔。估计这是他们东西买贵的策略：少量进货， 无可比性。态度非常恶劣！ 由于不是信用卡付账， 没留发票。 当天店里有一对年轻人和一位年长妇人， 老妇问了一下坐堂的事情， 了解到他们是拜五、拜六、 拜日 有坐堂看诊， 诊金$10。
This store is dishonest. They are very nice for your first visit. I bought some products from them couple months ago. But unfortunately, I didn’t check carefully after the lady gave me the products in bag: one herbal medicine which has similar packing was given to me wrongly. I didn’t find out until 2 weeks ago. I asked my family member to replace it when going to San Jose ( I am living in North Bay area). But the store denied that they sold me anything with loud voice because I couldn’t show receipt . Now I am so regret that I didn’t pay with credit card that day.

update； 本于事实出发， 我check了我当天在此店家附近的大华99、 Poke house， 和Costco加油的credit card payment， 很幸运的发现原来当天我去了两次， 第一次一个人， 买了上述东西（麦芽和谷芽不是第一次购买）用的现金， 第二次是儿子陪着我进去的， 买了$77的东西，用credit card 付的。 我本来没有这么care这件事， 如果说出门不退货也只能认了， 但是污蔑我不是在他们店家买的东西， 这就是诚信的问题了。
I double checked my shopping details that day using credit card payment ( in Ranch 99, Poke house, Costco fuel), and found out that I did two times shopping in this store and I used credit card to pay the second one .
