Dr. JapNgie is amazing! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. He has a way of explaining everything so clearly—you can tell he really knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. I came in with some serious back and neck pain, and after just a few visits, I already feel like a whole new person! His adjustments are gentle but effective, and he takes the time to address the root of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. No matter where the issue is on my body - I always trust Dr. J knows the solution and come out feeling better. 🙂

Dr. JapNgie is magic ✨ He responded right away to my new patient request, communicated in a timely manner and made me feel like we’ve known each other for years. After my first session, I felt 10x better… his office feels like a safe space whenever I need it. He always finds time to get me in last minute when I have a flare up in my neck. And when I was laid off, he even gave me a free session to decompress. I would 10/10 recommend his services to all of my friends and family. He is a hidden gem on the west side!

By far, the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! I’ve been seeing Dr. J for gosh, almost 4-5 years!

Besides the amazing adjustments over the years, he helped me recover from a pretty awful accident, which resulted in a shoulder fracture injury. I do not think I’d have normal mobility like I do now without him overseeing the natural healing of my shoulder.

He is highly skilled and integrates amazing technology as well into the appointment to loosen up the muscles, spine, and promote healing post adjustment.

Each session is a 30 minute appointment (which is more than enough time) but it allows no stress or rushing. He really takes the time to listen to how I’m feeling, make the adjustments, and schedule before I go. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to the Wellness Project for chiropractic work and for infrared/cold therapy for the last 3+ years and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. As someone who not only has back pain but also struggled with long COVID, Dr. JapNgie has got me in full working condition. Dr. J is a master of his craft. I truly have never found a chiro that understands the human body in the same way that he does. I have CHRONIC back issues that prior to being a patient of his would flare up 6-7 times a year, since becoming his patient, IF and when my back does fall out it's workable/minor and I'm back to normal in just a few days (instead of a week). I'm so grateful I found him. Plus the space he works in is beautiful and super zen. If I could give him A THOUSAND stars I would.

Dr J is very aware of how to adjust my body given that I have osteoporosis. He takes time and pays careful attention to my spine. And even without the traditional cracking, I experience relief and diminished pain. I highly recommend him!

Wowowow I don’t have words for how amazing this place is. Most recently I came to doctor Japngie with borderline debilitating neck pain for the last 3+ weeks. Within one session he was able to identify where the problem area was and for the first time in almost a month I slept well and woke up with no pain. This is one of many times that he has done magic and helped me when I’ve been in serious pain.

Also, his service includes more than just an adjustment, which is rare these days! He uses heat, muscle stim, and a percussive massage device to help warm up and stretch out your muscles before your adjustment. You also lay down on a machine that helps elongate your body to decompress your spine. Unreal luxury experience!!!!

I can’t thank this man enough for how he’s helped me over the last few years. I’ll miss him when I move soon!!!! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a chiro who cares :’)

Warning: He does not take a walk-in. You must have an appointment.
I begged him to work on me because I was level 8 to 10 , and he turned me away, but he did offer 12:30 pm the next day.
People like us definitely need a chiropractor because doctors only give you pain pills and muscle relaxers.
So you have to reconsider. Do you wanna work with a chiropractor who refuses to help someone need a chiropractor that needs an adjustment? It was so severe and turned me away and asked me to come back to the next day appointment. What if he didn't have an appointment that next day? He would expect us to wait to see him when he had an opening.
Thirty years of being with chiropractors, and is it the first time I came across a situation like this.
Now, for the long story, I was so much in pain out of it, when he texts me after I contacted the practice, When I looked at the text, I assume it was an appointment to see him at 1:30pm and it was not only for him to talk to me to find out my insurance and book me an appointment. Even though I made Mistake and showed up out his practice, he should help me , I beg him before I walk out.
Had a 2 mile drive home. It took me 5 minutes to get out of my car and pain. I went through all weekend.
I did apologize and said that because of the pain in my condition. I was out of it and asked for a 12:30 appointment. He never contacted me, and I asked if there was one Monday he never replied.
Just a warning.
Without an appointment, he's not gonna deal with you!
There was a happy ending because I called a different chiropractor on monday and said, "Come on in, we'll take care of you!"
I'm posting this because of the pain I suffered and went through. I thought the public should be warned about this person's. Practice!
