I train with Joe in both his personal training and striking programs. Joe has created a welcoming environment for both programs and always ensures that his clients feel comfortable. In his personal training program, he will listen to the goals you have and creates a program to help you reach those goals. He provides honest feedback as you progress. In the striking classes, he welcomes in anyone regardless of experience. He pushes you to go out of your comfort zone while ensuring everyone remains safe. High level coaching for martial arts is at your finger tips! I’ve been with Coach Joe officially training for about two years, and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had. His teaching style is so easy to understand and he’s so welcoming with having questions being asked (most schools just show the technique and don’t allow time for questions. So this was a big plus for me!). Additionally, he’s been doing martial arts for the majority of his life. Believe me when I say the best of the best is a stones throw away! Give him a call! I started attending Joe’s striking/kickboxing class with zero martial arts experience and was way out of my comfort zone. Shout out joe for being a great person and coach. He is always holding me accountable and making sure I’m doing the right things in and out the gym. With so much knowledge and experience in martial arts one thing joe never does is stop learning .
