I live in Del Rio and found this place from a friend. The front staff was amazing and very kind. The place was comfortable but issue was with the therapist and massage. I am giving a 1 star rating because the therapist was yelling at me when I said she was hurting me during my massage. She kept pulling at my hairs so I asked for her to please stop and she had so much attitude. Then, I asked for deep to medium pressure but she barely was giving any pressure at all. She scratched my leg while picking it up very aggressively. And then kept breathing in my face at the end when I was facing up. She asked me how my massage was and I said I feel better (not because of her but because it was finally over).

I had an amazing massage in Dec from Megan. I been having a lot of pain from tight muscles. I will be back very soon.
Office is quiet, clean and staff is very kind.

Had a facial here. It was magnificent. The waiting area (lounge) is nice with a fireplace I side and views of the courtyard. The only thing I would recommend to change is their food/beverage service for the spa area. Years ago, you could order lunches and beverages (with or without alcohol) to enjoy out in the courtyard. That isn't an option any longer, unfortunately.

Im a regular at Mangolia Spa and look forward to my monthly massages every time! The staff is always so welcoming and don't get me started on Megan...the absolute best! Always greets me with a smile and asks what areas to focus on. Highly recommend this place!

Came here for the first time for Mother’s Day as a gift from the hubby and the kids. Had a wonderful 90 minute massage by Megan. She was awesome and will definitely be back again. Front desk was polite and welcoming. Also, the place is beautiful!!!

I love this place. As a fellow beauty professional and business owner, I know what to look for when going to get beauty services done, and Spa Magnolia really takes care of its clients. They have never rescheduled on me, nor have they ever been late, which is a pet peeve of mine!
I get my facials with Monica, who is so knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. Monica truly loves her profession, and it shows in her work. They are also priced low for the quality of products of services they offer, in my opinion. Darlene, the owner, is a nice and caring owner. I have spoken to her on a few occasions and watched her interaction with her staff, and she is always soft-spoken, respectful, and supportive. We need more businesses like this in our area. Thank you to the ataff at Spa Magnolia for always making me feel welcomed and refreshed.

I wanted to add that Gracie has done my lashes, and they looked the best they ever have! That had great retention. She allowed me to voice my concerns and make changes at my fill appointment. She did a design that was so flattering on me I absolutely loved them.

My first time to this spa was few years ago at their old location, and Monica was my asethecian. Loved her and her passion for skincare.This time I tried to bring my bf in for his birthday to get a facial with someone else. The atmosphere wasn't the same like before. Decor wasn't Spa looking, the room was empty and nothing to attract customers. The staff is friendly and kind no doubt, but the service we got was not fair. They rushed to go from 60 to 30 but she made it to 45 min. Yes, I admit we got there 10 or 13 min late on a Sat, which they close at 4. When I called to make the apt, I wish the girl told me they close at 4. My bf got off work at 2 and the apt was 2:45. We drove from turlock. There was traffic due to an accident so we got there at 2:55. Soon as we got in, the girl said I will have to do a 30 min facial I can't do 60. My bf said well it's not fair, I want to experience the 60 min with a smile of course. I mean I get it, we were late but it wouldn't hurt them to actually stay longer and wait for clients to finish. That's what a good business would do. I asked for hydra facial, she didn't do it and I ended up paying 95 for customized facial plus a tip. I know they were rushing to close and go home. It's understandable, but it would of been kind and great to give great customer service and say well do the hydra and close when you're done. But she said because it's his first time we don't do hydra facial. I never heard this one before. I have been getting facials in the bay area all my life, and they did mine for the first time upon assessing, I was a candidate. I'm sure everyone is, and my bf had good skin so he would of benefit from it and enjoy it rather than just a face massage. I believe other treatments are more beneficial. Like I said staff is great, but I'm very good with skincare and the duration of the treatments, I believe we were rushed and we didn't get all benefits this time. Maybe we'll get our microdermabrasion and hydra facial elsewhere next time😏
