Fitness Plus is absolutely amazing I have been coming here for two months now, and it’s hands-down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The classes are fantastic—there’s something for everyone, and the energy is always so motivating.

One thing I really appreciate is their simple and straightforward check-in system. It’s refreshing and adds a unique charm that you don’t see in most gyms anymore. The facility is also incredibly clean, which shows how much effort they put into maintaining a welcoming environment .

The owners are the real stars here. They’re so kind, genuinely care about their clients, and are always good for a laugh. It’s clear they’re passionate about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years, but this one is by far the best fit for me. If you’re looking for a gym to kick off your New Year’s resolution, look no further—this is it!

As a former health club operator, I appreciate the old school approach to fitness.
Yes, you can find a cheaper fitness center to workout at...but you will quickly see the difference!

I've been a member of Fitness Plus for close to 20 years, and I have enjoyed it very much. The owner's, Brian and Corinne, are very helpful and available. My sports experience runs the range from elite professional athlete to out of shape, overweight middle aged man, and I find that Fitness Plus has the equipment and knowledge to help me no matter what phase I am in. I really enjoy the family atmosphere and friendliness of the other patrons. The gym has an easy going feel to it, yet I find that regardless of how I might be feeling, I usually manage to get in a complete intense workout.

My family and i have been members at fitness plus for over Two years and we all love it. I work out 5-6 times a week, the members and owners are friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. I get great workouts and if i have any questions the owners (Brian and Corrine) are always helpful and knowledgeable. My son is on the wrestling team and Brian puts them through elite level workouts Three times a week. As Coaches we have seen tremendous gaines in our wrestlers strength and stamina. The owners even let our team have a car wash fundraiser in their parking lot, so they could earn money for a national tournament. My wife and daughter participate in Corrines evening classes and both are impressed with Corrines professional yet kind demeanor. I've been to gyms throughout the country over the last Twenty years and i have to say this is the best gym i've ever been too. Thanks Fitness plus, for being a wonderful part of the Oakdale community and always treating us like family.

I love Fitness Plus! I am sixty-two years old. I had been sedentary and had poor eating habits for many years. I've been working out at Fitness Plus for about four months now and am feeling so much better. The treatment I have received from owners Bryan and Corinne Ching has been kind and encouraging. That coupled with the easy-going local atmosphere of the place has kept me motivated and coming back. Not huge and not small, the gym is well equipped and orderly with a great variety of isolation apparatuses, free weights and cardio-machines. A-1
