Going on a little over 3 years now. Great Muay Thai Gym; train, exercise, or compete. Kru Matt has a few decades of Martial Arts experience and doesn't hold back. Good structure, hardwork, and still fun. We've been all over the state and even out of state competing. I recommend all my friends to take their kids here every chance I get. All ages and levels are welcomed.

I just joined. It is tucked in between fitness boxing and Gracie but place. It is a great place to learn muay thai. Matt has enthusiasm in teaching. I love the way he teaches Muay Thai. All the students are nice. It is not easy to learn new art when you are 50 year old unathletic diabetic person. But I love it. Always wanted to learn art. I want to bring my teenager kids here if they want to. Highly recommend if you want to learn this great martial art.

In my experience this is not family oriented nor welcoming of new members. The first trial day my child yawned and was told if he did it again he’d have to do 20 push ups because it’s a sign of disrespect. A bit much but okay we went with it. He was then threatened that if he didn’t follow directions he wouldn’t be allowed back (mind you he’s barely learning the routine) however another child who responded with “whatever” when asked to do something wasn't threatened that he wouldn’t be allowed back if he continued to have an attitude. The second class I was snapped at and told to leave with my 2yr old in disrespectful manner, in front of the class (including my children), and from across the room. A simple discrete conversation would’ve been better received. No my toddler was not screaming, running, or being a distraction; towards the end of an hour long class my toddler wanted talked to me. That’s it. I was excited to have my children in Muay Thai since it teaches respect and to control one’s emotions; this is expect from children despite their ages but was not shown towards any of us either days of our trial classes.

Ok so I haven't joined this gym yet but the way this woman said that his child was forced to do 20 push ups that's a good thing if this country was a strict country with strict laws, and if Americans were never weak then this woman right here would have not be giving this a 1 star should mabey give it a 5 star, for example North Koreans have to go through things if they are training in the military and say something like they hate training well they are likely to get killed. Another thing is (if I'm correct) when they disrespected you then I believe that is not a good thing, if you say that they are disrespecting your child they're not they are just making him hate something that he really hates, like I said again when they disrespected you that's not a good thing now mauy thai does teaches respect but at the same time they still have to be strict with you, just like how parents respect you care about you but at the same time they have to be strict with you because if they are never strict towards you then you will become a sloppy, fat, lazy, non-displine guy and other negative effects, now if your child was a girl that's a whole different story, now I hope I'm right what I'm saying not trying to be rude here just trying to explain why this could possibly happen now I know I'm not 100% right but still I hope this helped you understand.
