Lifted fitness is amazing they truly care about your well-being and fitness goals. When I first signed up, I had major anxiety, and wanted to quit. But after a few months of attending LF, the staff and members of Lifted Fitness, made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Being apart of the Mens lifting weight class, with Doug as our trainer.. really taught me everything I needed to know. Lifted Fitness is a place that allows you to grow, feel motivated, & be able to achieve your fitness goals! ♥️ I highly recommend giving the classes a chance, and stepping out of your comfort zone.. and if you don’t have any gym experience like I, this is a place to start ♥️

I joined this gym with little experience, I’ve never felt bullied or out of place. Very welcoming members and trainers. The trainers correct form and gently encourage, share their knowledge and answer questions without making anyone feel inferior. It’s nice to go to a gym that doesn’t smell like BO, not be stared at or made to feel uncomfortable. The area doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic so you’re not afraid to walk to your car alone. Have been going here on and off for a year and half

I love Lifted Fitness very much, been there since 2019 weight training with Hannah. She is an excellent trainer who spends quality time showing you proper form and working towards your individual goals. I highly recommend this gym and Hannah, as she has helped me feel good about myself inside and out. You will see results.

Best kept secret in turlock, great workout machines, everything is clean and well taken care of, most of all is the staff! All the trainers are helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and most of all caring! I highly recommend this gym to beginners or advanced!

The trainers are friendly and eager to help, not just with your fitness goals but to help you as a person. As far as the workouts, they kill you! I always leave the gym feeling dead BUT accomplished. I had little to no experience at the gym, but they were very welcoming and made sure my form was proper. You will definitely fall in love with the environment!

I love this place and the environment!! I’ve been working out with Doug and Hannah in their weight lifting classes for over a year and with their help I’ve gotten to a place I would’ve never thought. Whether you have been lifting for a while or just starting out, this is a perfect gym to join.

Best gym I’ve ever been a part of hands down!! I’ve gone as far as Modesto to test out classes and nothing compares to lifted! Everyone’s so welcoming and encouraging! Thank you for everything !
