I just want to give thanks to Ashely, I’ve been following your journey for years truly inspired by your drive and courage. Thank you for being vulnerable and creating a space for others to step into their higher self or even with low vibrations feel supported and encouraged in a safe space.

❤️ Ashley’s Zen Therapy and lounge is a great experience to help gain understanding to inner work, which projects outer. I choose to use the bio charger in which I’ve never heard of. Ashley was kind, supportive, while providing knowledge and challenging you to challenge your own learned understanding to self, life, discipline, sub conscious/unconscious.

Bio- charger;
The frequency calibrated and brought up a few things that I wasn’t aware of or didn’t have clarity on within self. Such as; lump nodes being swollen , few days later I became sick and my lymph nodes was actually not properly draining. It seem like a prediction but really just calibration of my internal being.

I can go on and on with the knowledge and clarity provided.

10/10 recommended! Just a little short view on my experience. I walked into AZTL broken. Life had seemed to be heavy, and I couldn’t process all that was happening. I had heard so many good things about Ms. Ashley. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to tell my business, and be vulnerable with someone I didn’t know. The first time I walked into AZTL I fell in love the ambience. Her decor is top tier. She sat me down and we talked, but I felt a sense of peace because I was finally able to get things off my chest I’ve been holding onto. I have lupus and I’m on a lot of medication, so she explained to me that my body is going through things I can’t imagine. I’m a black women and we experience life differently so, the connection I had with Ms. Ashley was pure she understood me. AZLT has so much to offer from the bio chart, Himalayan salt baths, meditation hour with so much more. I feel like if you’re trying to find yourself spiritually. She’s going to get you right. I’m trying to tell the whole world to pull up on you for some healing! Best thing I’ve done in a long time was come see Ms. Ashley. Thank you for being you!
