I Was disappointed in the staff being that I come in and never got a welcome in, or in a nice way asking how can I help you. This was our first visit to this clinic, I changed clinic thinking this one was good, but nope. This was our first visit and, being called to the back, to the room and we never met or seen the doctor. Doctor never came into our room to ask any questions or answer any questions of mine. The only person I seen was the MA and no one ever took his vitals when we came into the room. That is the main thing you do when you call the patient into the room before getting seen by the doctor. The Ma did not know about the vaccines, I told her he was needing certain ones due to his school stating which ones he needs to be able to enroll. I even showed her the immunization records. Her and the doctor that never came into our room made it very difficult for me due to this back and fourth crap when the doctor could have just came in and explained everything in the beginning. So I think my best option is to find a better doctor’s office for my family and switching.

My appointment was just the other day, and I must say that the girls were very respectful.& Polite which really means a lot to me for I'm an old woman and what do I know?. Well I'll tell you this I do know where I'm getting treated right. This is the reason I switched over from the other clinic here in town. The girls at the front desk were very polite when entering the office. They made sure we didn’t wait long to be in a room. Mandeep has been an absolute pleasure in making sure myself and my children are in good health and if I have any questions or concerns, he goes the extra mile to put my worries at ease. We have been making our appointments with Mandeep for about 8 years now. Highly recommend him and the Delhi office to be a top choice when looking for a provider.

My experience has been excellent with Dr Miranda and his team, he listens to my concerns. He doesn't try to sell me things I do not need. Before I leave my appts my visit notes are already sent to me. My rx is also sent to my pharmacy before I get into my car. The team here at Delhi Medical Clinic are a 5 star all the way. Everyone is professional. Office is very clean and organized. Today I walked into the absolute best decorated office I have ever seen! Oh my gosh, absolutely adorable. Not sure if they were having a competition, but if so, count my vote in! Not only does decorating bring everyone together, it just tells a nice story about the office environment and the teamwork
