If you are looking for someone to work with I really cannot recommend Marketa enough! Marketa's approach is so different because she first tackles your mindset and self-awareness. She gave me these great personalized resources where I learned about the link between nutrition and behavior. I am learning/realizing how much my unhealthy diet choices are related to my state of mind. We even made a healthy lunch together and she gave me guidance on grocery shopping. Working with her I have learned that it is my lifestyle and self-awareness that I need to focus on for sustainable change because there is no such thing as a magic quick fix.

Marketa Weight and Health Management program is the best support I could have ever joined! Marketa doesn’t do the the basics, she goes beyond! She analyzes your behaviors, mindset, limiting beliefs and your life background. Based on this information, she works hard to plan the best diet routine that will fit you. I was eating a lot and a lot of sugar like chocolates and ice creams. She just didn’t give me the diet, but she also gave me the daily emotional support not to go back to my old patterns and this is priceless! Since that I have a better conscious of how I want to treat and nourish my health and body. It’s been 6 years since then! Please join her! Her first priority if not the money but helping others!
