I just started coming here and it has been one of the best decisions I could have made. The energy as well as the people are amazing, it is a great place to meet your fitness goals. One great thing is the free trial they offer to see if it's right for you! The group training pushes you to work harder in a judgment free team oriented place. This place is for inexperienced to hardcore fitness enthusiasts. Trent and Tavo always make sure you are doing it right, stop by and you might see me.

I've been a part of this gym for 2 years now and have nothing but amazing things to say. It's truly like a 2nd home for me and am so lucky to have found them. Both coaches are truly special and are always communicating with us (students) to motivate us. Thank you for helping me along my fitness journey. Best place in the desert to work out! Such an inviting atmosphere with trainers that push and teach technically sound movements! An inviting place with welcoming members of all ages and all levels of fitness.

LOVE this gym...enthusiastic, friendly instruction that's basically 1:1 in a group setting to ensure proper technique, etc. Every workout is different--every day. You will never be bored and you'll have your ass kicked. Totally addictive!! Bring the family, the workouts are tailored to any level of fitness.

This gym is unlike any I’ve ever been to. The classes at always changing which keeps things interesting and the trainers really help you make the workouts your own. The members are friendly and the space is always clean.

Amazing studio Gym!! Coaches Tavo and Trent are very professional and always ready to guide you to achieve your fitness goals. More than a gym, this is my fitness family. Best gym in the valley hands down.
