Pharos Palm Springs is the best! Like all their clubs - it’s everything you could want for fitness. The facilities are always clean and spacious, and the classes and programming are fantastic.

More importantly - It’s run by two of the nicest people who genuinely care about their members and the community. Thanks for being such a great place to recharge, especially during stressful times!

I am so disappointed. I had my heart set on trying out this new gym because I’m a fitness enthusiast. On October 23, 2024 I paid the $49 for the initial grand opening and received an email that informed me that an agent would contact me at the number I provided. This of course did not happen and I lost track of this gym opening because I thought it probably never got built. But I found out it’s in full operation and I’ve never been contacted and they kept my money. I am pretty livid. It’s not the money. It’s the way this was done.

When I tried to go back into the email that I received from them I kept getting an error message and there’s no phone number to talk to a human being. This is not the kind of gym anybody should belong to. I’ll be contacting Chase bank for a full refund. I’m also inclined to contact the CA Consumer Affairs Division…and other business and regulatory agencies!!

I love this gym, the classes are fun and I am learning and improving quickly with my recent return towards my health goals. The instructors are incredibly helpful. Really supportive vibes everywhere.

Beautiful space with so many options and lovely teachers and owner. We played on the pickleball courts and had such a great time! Excited to see it when it’s all finished.
