I've been here since 130 for a 2 pm appointment that they rescheduled from 4 because the doctor will be in a meeting. So I'm still sitting here getting the run around as per usual. I know it's not super important to the people working here but I need my refills. Then they give a fake apology and wonder why your BP is so high. Maybe bc I watched EVERY SINGLE PERSON GET CALLED BEFORE ME. Even people who didn't have appointments were called first. I hate being treated like I don't matter. They've shown me this over and over but stupid me keeps coming back just because it's easier than driving far. But I guess that will change.

One of the worst healthcare centers I have ever been to before in my life. Very unprofessional , with no empathy for their patients nor their time. The referral department is the worst where they laugh at patience out loud on the phone and remove items from patient's charts to show that there was no referral.

I have called 3x and still can't get an appointment. I have called on the 3 different times and still nothing. Keep getting re routed to an after hours call center to take my message and they don't call back. How are you supposed to make an appointment? Maybe I should drive there and wait in the lobby to get an appointment.

This community clinic, it’s gone worst and worst! My husband had an appointment for this week March, 1 and they called him 2 days before calling him that they weren’t takin his blue cross insurance and I also had scheduled an appointment for my daughter like 2 months ago for her shots and her appointment was also for March, 1 and try calling the clinic to make sure about what my husband had told me because my daughter has the same insurance, but apparently now we can’t talk directly to the clinic anymore, and the ones that take your calls are outside company’s that only schedule your appointments, but can’t give you information about your insurance or transfers you to the clinic directly, they tell you that you could only leave a message for them and that they’ll call you back I try doing that and they never return my call so it’s really stressful that nowadays when it’s so simple to communicate by a phone they can’t do that, it’s just ridiculous and pathetic.

So no pediatrician at this clinic anymore. The clinic didn't even bother to notify doctors patients that she retired in December. Went to appointment date and time scheduled and found out that way. I asked why did I receive a text from you 2 days before appointment to confirm that I will be attending the appointment. And you didnt bother to mention that. Front lady response was that's how it's automated set up. I'm like why didn't you bother to call me and let me know. Her response was they don't have access to doctors documents. That is so unprofessional. They didn't bother to think to notify patients knowing she was going to retire. To give us a head up to start looking for another pediatrician. Really disappointed

Horrible place for any type of medical assistance. They don’t return calls and they send you straight to voicemail. How am I supposed to get an appointment in if nobody is answering? Good thing I’m not at my wits end.

I am still here waiting but I checked in 3 hours ago 50 minutes I was given a room but still have not seen the doctor. There were only 4 people ahead of me waiting for urgent care that I was told of but many people that said they didn't have an appointment were seen ahead of me. I understand appointments but can't wrap my head around walk ins for urgent care getting treated within 20 minutes after I had been waiting almost 2 hours
