So amazing I came back for a second cleanse! After years of western medicine and many attempts to cleanse, reboot at home with little success, I found Yesenia’s cleanse exhilarating as well as life changing. I went to my first cleanse because I was scheduled for a GI surgery and was willing to try anything to avoid surgery. And it worked. I no longer needed surgery, much to the amazement of my doctors and surgeons. I do have to practice what Yesenia and her wonderful yoga, meditation, sound bath, colonic therapist and energy practitioners instilled in me- daily balance and wellness to enrich my life. You all changed my life and I hope if anyone reading this is stuck and facing issues they feel are unmanageable- invest in yourself. You are worth it.

This juice cleanse experience was fantastic! We had included services like Colonics and Energy Work as well as beautiful hikes and yoga each day. On our final night we were treated to sound bath. The spa itself was great and I booked myself a facial and body wrap while I was there. Yesenia, our fearless leader, was amazing and made all of us participates her top priority. I’d definitely go back again!

Yesenia’s juice cleanse has been one of the most rewarding and wonderful experiences of my life. Not only is she friendly and down to earth, but she is very supportive and gave me additional encouragement when I had a couple of difficult moments. She is fun, very accommodating and knowledgeable. The hotel and spa are glorious. The staff is marvelous. I came here depressed, sick, exhausted and in extreme pain, symptoms that no western medicine could alleviate. And because of this place I leave tomorrow revitalized after only 5 days. I highly recommend this cleanse retreat to anyone who needs a fresh start.

Not sure if the tubs were running mineral natural water.
Great yoga but not too many things to do rather than spa and questionable hot tub with chemicals in it...
