A couple of months back I was extremely depressed and filled with anxiety, I felt so lost and hopeless until I decided to give therapy a chance and that's when I found Nayeli. She completely changed my life for the better, she changed my perspective on life and taught me self love. I usually feel uncomfortable expressing my emotions in front of anyone but she has a way of making you feel safe and secure and that it's okay to not be okay sometimes, she gave me the guidance I needed. I would highly recommend Nayeli she has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Before this I only had one other experience with therapy and thought that I would never do again but she has completely change my mind set, I think everyone would benefit from therapy. She brought me and my husband out of a very dark place in our marriage and helped us work past a very difficult part in our relationship. We had a very positive experience with my son's therapist Karina. He was diagnosed with ADHD and had some behavioral issues, mainly due to his tendency to be a bit lazy. The therapy sessions have been incredibly helpful in addressing these concerns. The therapist was patient and understanding, and we have already noticed significant improvements in his behavior and focus. This was my first ever time going to therapy. My father was actually the one to help push me into seeing someone and sometimes that’s all it really does take is a little push because I am so glad I did start. I became a patient with Resilience Counseling about eight months ago and showed up…let’s just say a very hot mess.
Over the years I have met with multiple therapists outside of this practice and always felt like I never made any progress towards my own inner healing.
Other therapists in my past came across as

I have been working with Krystina at Resilience Counseling for about eight months now and I can say without a doubt….she is nothing less than amazing. From our very first session together she set and created an open and warm environment that made me feel welcomed, safe, and not judged.
Krystina is very professional and comes with an enormous wealth of knowledge and understanding across the mental health spectrum. Since working with Krystina, I feel like I have made an incredible amount of progress down this long road to healing and I honestly don’t think I could’ve gotten this far without her. It is more than evident Krystina genuinely loves being a therapist and I see that continuously reflected in the way she treats and works with her patients.
