The shop was recommended to me, and it has been in business for over 40 years. Found it clean and nicely laid out. Had hoped that I had found a place where I might be able to find natural supplements to improve my health.
But the young lady who was working behind the counter seemed to be put off by the fact, that I am an older white male. I should have take that as a hint and left. There was a saying don’t trust anybody over 40, but today the saying don’t trust any body under 40 is more like it. What I ended up buying and leaving with was a bag of sticks and leaves ("herb") and a very limited set of instructions. I had no idea how to grind up the bag of sticks and leaves, ("herbs") no idea what the amount to use to make the suggested tea. No instructions or even suggestions as to how much tea to drink daily. Ended up just dumping the (“herbs”) in the compost pile at home.
Guess if you are Generation X or a Boomer this is not the shop for you to spend your money at. I will find another shop that wants to serve all people not just those under 40 with tattoos, To bad that the lack of customer service and not caring to make sure the customer can use the product (i.e. instructions as how to make the ("herbs”) into a tea & how much "(herbs") to use per batch, and how much to drink daily etc) will be the reason I will not be returning.

I usually love going to this store, I’m a frequent customer. However, I stopped by about a week ago looking to buy a custom herbal blend as a Christmas gift for my dad. An older man was working the counter, so I told him that I was trying to make a tea blend for my father and asked if he knew of any herbs that would taste good with peppermint. He abruptly told me “I can’t help you with that today. I’m having an awful day and I really don’t have time for this.” I began to go on my phone to google a good herbal combination since it was clear that he wouldn’t help me. I don’t know anything about herbs so I really needed help with this. He then snapped “What do you want? How can I help you?” I had to rush and just buy a random herb combination. The whole interaction was so rude and unprofessional. I was really looking forward to buying a nice gift for my dad, but this worker ruined the entire experience.

The owner of this store is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.... I WAS suffering from severe hot/cold flashes, panic attacks, insomnia which led to seizures due to menopause. My doctor prescribed me antidepressants which of course was not helpful... Nor was anyone in my life because everybody thinks your just crazy.... This is a serious condition and I am incredibly thankful my sister in law believed me and talked to the owner who recommended FEMI YIN..... This herbal supplement saved my life literally. If you suffer from severe menopause please don't wait 5 years to get help like I did. 💜

When I got home and took a closer look, I was delighted by many aspects... the herb is grown in Oregon - whereas most of this is grown in China. And, the online price on the major retailer is $45, whereas his retail is $14.50.

So much winning! Great customer service!

I love this store! Not only did they have a wide variety of pre-made tinctures, lotions and other supplies; they also had a large variety of bulk ingredients including flowers and powders. Additionally, the sales lady was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite local business. The owner is so kind and wise! He has given me lots of free advice on herbalism and general health, and I believe he does this just because he cares about people and wants to share his wisdom.

Products are affordable and very high quality. I absolutely recommend you stop in the shop!
