I have been training with Ashley for about 6 months and it’s been an amazing experience!

I started training with Ashley in the beginning of last year in January and I can sincerely say that she is the best personal trainer that anyone can have. Coming out of the pandemic I tried and failed to get back into the gym. With no motivation whatsoever and I found it extremely difficult to look after my own health. Not only is Ashley an awesome trainer, she is an amazing person. From our consultation on the phone, to our training sessions, she really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted out of our trainings.
