I have been training with Coach Jose for many years. Without question, Jose is the best of the best. His background, experience, personality, and approach to fitness are unparalleled. Classes at SmartFit360 are designed to help you become functionally fit through a variety of different workouts that have been thoroughly vetted and tested by him to get you to your goals. Whether that goal is to lose weight, get leaner, become stronger, jump higher or run faster, Jose will help you reach that goal. Coach Jose spends hours designing programs for his classes to maximize your goals and help you get fit. It does not matter if he is coaching just one person or a larger group, he pays attention to you to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly; he is a stickler for form. He takes the time to learn about you and is great at motivating and pushing you to your potential. If you have an injury or limitation, he modifies the workouts for you. Jose creates a very fun and relaxed environment, and he is very good at promoting a community atmosphere. I highly recommend that you try working out at SmartFit360 with Coach Jose, there is no one as good or devoted to his craft and your well-being as him and you will notice the difference.

I'm so happy that Smartfit360 opened in Danville! Coach Jose and Hanna are both wonderful and experienced trainers. They individualize the workout routines to each person's needs even for group classes. I let them know that I have lower back issues (thrown out my back multiple times) and they have put together specific exercises to strengthen my core and make sure that my back is always taken into consideration. Some of the exercises integrated into my routine are the same as what my PT had on my list, so Coach Jose knows his stuff! Not only that, but he creates a warm and welcoming place to strength train (even for newbies like myself).
