Ive been on the Nubody Modern Weight Management program for 5 months now. Ive lost 40 pounds of fat in 5 months. Thats over 3.5 pounds of fat a week. I used to feel tired all the time. Now I have more energy to accomplish more throughout the day. Also after working all day standing my feet don't hurt anymore. They used to be very painful with sharp pain. I've been on blood pressure medication for 5 years and now my blood pressure is now in normal range where I won't have to take blood pressure medication anymore. Dave's program works! I had been struggling to lose weight on my own. I had tried a bunch of different things from keto to calorie restriction and the scale wouldn't budge. It has been about a year since I walked through the doors of NuBody and as I like to tell people I am literally a "small child" lighter having lost 85 lbs. in about 6 months. When I first met with Dave and he asked "why now" I told him it was time to lose my baby fat - my babies now in their mid 20's - he knew he was in for a fun time with me. NuBody seemed like the right fit primarily due to the REAL food aspect - I didn't want shakes or supplements and as a "cook" wanted to be able to make my own food. There was of course a brief adjustment period of a few weeks, but then I knew this was going to WORK for me. The only negative (which of course is not a negative at all) was having to replace my entire wardrobe right down to the undies - AND now I never have to worry about something NOT fitting in my closet or being snug, because everything feels great! I've lost over 30 lbs in 11 weeks.
I loved and still enjoying the program. Ease to choose your food and stick with it. For me what really worked was that I only have to plan 2 meals. My body adapted easy with the fasting method and I felt great with more energy and staying on top of the rest of my daily chorus.
Dave was really helpful and he explain everything about the food, exercising (if you want) and level of energy and what I could do to help with weight loss. I feel great, I lost weight and gained muscle almost every week.

I have nothing but praise and jubilee of having found Nu Body! Chelsey and Dave are phenomenal at what they do. As a person over fifty and tried e-v-e-r-y !!! thing to loose weight Nu Body has been my salvation.
