Had an appointment scheduled 1 week out from my first appt for a follow up. They rescheduled it. Then called the day before to tell me that the doctor won’t be in so they rescheduled me a month out. I drove 40 minutes to that appt just for them to tell me that they cancelled it… without notification. They proceeded to tell me they’ll still see me, so they took me to the back room to check blood pressure & then left me in there for over 30 minutes. Then finally took me to the actual room for check up, and still left me in there for an hour just waiting for the doctor. Ridiculous.

I went in for a physical and all she checked were my ears and listened to my heart. Asked if my lower extremity was swollen, I said yes and she didn’t even check the swelling. I’m going to take a wild guess and say that’s why my ankles hurt and my calf is in a constant Charlie horse. She recommended physical therapy instead of addressing the swelling which is probably edema and not an injury. I would not recommend the dos Palos golden valley.

They need to get some professionals to work here instead of immature females who discuss the patients case out loud to the point of other patients hearing. Isn’t that HIPPA VIOLATION? Very disrespectful and unprofessional. A bit ratchet if you will.

Don't see Donna Tucker. If she doesn't understand your disease she will get an attitude with you and then not help. Call your insurance company and an attorney before seeing her or you may die.

The " ladies " in the front desk are so rude. They were no help one of them ( the chubby one ) rolled her eyes at me and answered a question that was not being asked to her. I kept my cool and acted very polite because my daughter was also in the room. I will not be returning here due to their unprofessionalism I would much rather travel 30mins away to another clinic in a different county because of the way I was treated. If I can rate them zero stars I would.
